NotesToPaper Easy is integrated into the Notes Actions menu of the Notes Client. It is available to the user there for various evaluations directly in the Notes front end . NotesToPaper Easy enables the end user to create evaluations and reports without having extensive knowledge of Notes.
NotesToPaper Easy takes the data from a database view and converts it, without further steps by the user, into a finished report. This "Auto report" is automatically available for any view. |
In addition, the user is also given the option of amending the reports according to individual wishes or requirements. Based on the "auto report", the user can alter and arrange a report with point and click. NotesToPaper Easy has an intuitive and easily operated Layout Designer for this purpose.
