The workspace is the area where objects, the reports, can be defined or changed. The form and shape of the workspace is determined by the resolution of the monitor.
The workspace consists of:
•the report-list
•the report-options
•the report-preview
•the status bar and
•the layout button.
The attributes and layout configurations of the reports can be called up from the workspace. All the reports available, either on the file system in directories or integrated in Lotus Notes databases (both released and restricted) are visible in the report list.
