You have a report of which you have to print the first page on the company letter head, the rest of the pages can be printed on normal paper and the problem now is that you always have to change the paper for that? If you use NotesToPaper that is not necessary. Although NotesToPaper does not automatically replace your paper in the printer it does something similar for you however.
Because instead of you having to adjust to the printing, NotesToPaper adjusts the print-out to the individual needs by sending the content to different printers/paper trays. At the same time it does not matter, whether the printer is right next to you or in a different building.
One further possibility is the dialog-controlled selection:
1) Definition of the printer for all pages
2) Definition of the printer/paper tray broken down into the first page and the following pages
In the following you will see how to select the Windows default printer and define it for printing using LotusScript. Additional elements and characteristics (e. g. orientation, paper format) can be defined via script programming.
